Troubleshooting

Please, first read the FAQ. If you did not find an answer there, then follow the instructions in the troubleshooting guide. The troubleshooting guide outlines the steps to identify the problem or the source of the error.

 

Contacting Support

Before contacting support, please read the FAQ and try to solve the problem with the Troubleshooting Guide. If these do not help, please do the following:

  1. Please check the download page to ensure that you have the latest version of the software installed. Look at the Version number (like 3.0.13).
  2. Open menu Help > About in Task Editor to see the release version you have installed. Compare this to step 1.
  3. If you do not have the latest version, please download and install it. Then try to reproduce the problem.
  4. If the problem still persist, please contact us by filling in the Contact Support form
